Abstract

The authors attempted to investigate the legal nature of risk and its relationship with negative phenomena in the legal field of Ukraine, first of all, separatism and autonomy in some regions of our state. The assumption is made that in law enforcement the perception of the dualism of risk at the same time offers opportunities for the manifestation of freedom, patriotism and civic consciousness and discipline and devotion to duty.
